Rio Elite Perception Slick Cast Fly Line, Easy Casting All-Around Floating Trout Line, Low-Stretch & Ultra-Slick Performance, Green/Camo/Gray

The media could not be loaded.  A total game changer! I normally buy the 50$ rio line but decided to spend a little more and I'm honestly very impressed! I bought the 3f for my 3+ Lamson reel and 3wt rod. I read about the 30% less stretch core and slick coat so I figured I'd try it. The line changes colors every 20ft and I was able to shoot all the line in my back yard. On the water I can also cast much farther and with more precision. I also tried casting this 3f line on my 5wt TFO rod and it casts way smoother and farther than my older 50$ rio line. The elite series is rated at .5 grain weight heavier so a 3f is actually a 3.5f which helps when loading the rod for longer casts. Short cast dries or shoot streamers "very impressed" I'll be switching my 5wt to this line asap. Worth paying the $100 price for the elite especially if your wanting more precision and longer reach.
