I chose these because the description says "matte", but they were shiny.

This is a great product. We are preserving old pictures and newspaper articles from the 1960-1970s (husbands racing career) and we have lots! Not enough room on the walls of the mancave to frome everything, so I looked for alternative means and found this product. I mount the article/picture on a heavy weighted paper with non-acid glue, seal them up in the pouches and they are perfect for hanging on the walls. The article/picture doesn't get stuck to anything and I can still scan if I need a copy. I used another product (Fellows) but I like the Scotch better, easier to use, non-glare, acid free.

These pouches are matte finish only on 1 side. The flip side is gloss. Might be okay @ half the price.

I use these in my business to "call out" special events, etc. The matte finish is a lot easier to read than the glossy finish which has a lot of light glare. They're real easy to use and are of heavy enough weight that they are quite durable. I feel they are expensive however and wish there was a competitive brand out there to bring the price down to a more realistic level.I also wish these were available in half the current size ie) 9 1/16 inches x 5 13/16 inches. This would allow for smaller signs. I work around this but it's time consuming.

I use these laminating sheets for my open market signs. Because they cover the paper on both sides, they do not become floppy and wrinkled from damp weather. They can be washed on either side with a light sponge. Much better than the one sides laminating sheets that are cheaper. In the long run these are much better-and less expensive, because I don't have to replace the signs frequently.

I have been using this brand for a long period of time. I can print out any kind of photo and finish it off with scotch self sealing laminate pouches. Looks very professional stays a for a very long time. I buy the letter size because then I can put more photos on one page and cut them down to size afterwards.

We've had a lot of flyers to put up in a rainy environment --- these proved to be watertight. They were easy to use once we got the hang of it. I'll admit I flubbed the first one, but after that it was a snap. I wouldn't use anything else.
