Well made in all aspects. The size is great for a dessert plate. Bigger than a saucer so it's not like a teacup saucer situation. More like a cup of hot beverage with a big slice of yumcious goodness. I like that the plates have about an inch or so dept to them so liquids can't easily escape. The colors are vibrant but not overpowering. They're just beautiful and being dishwasher safe is an added bonus. I purchased the cups on Amazon.ca because that's my area. However, I had to jump on Amazon. Com to purchase the matching dessert plates because the price on .ca was outrageously more than .com. for example, I purchased the plates here and paid shipping, plus border tax and still paid a less than if purchased in Canada. These dishes were so worth it. And I'd do it again! Absolutely no complaints. Already purchased another set of the mugs which by the way are not microwave safe. But they shouldn't be anyway. Simply put, beautiful, high quality dishes from a fantastic company who knows what we want. And the box they were packaged in is just right for gifting. Even the packaging was paid much attention to when came to quality. Very, very pleased with this purchase.

Beautiful plates. Look lovely with the matching cups

I wanted to complete my set of a rose teapot that I bought from this company three years ago. When I saw the dessert plates, I had to have them!! They coordinate with the teapot, mugs, teacups, and saucers. When the plates arrived safely - this company has some of the very best packing - I took them out of the box, and gasped! These are not flat plates as I thought that they were from seeing them on the website. They have an approximately 1-inch lip. They could be used as salad plates, snack plates, and dessert plates. As with the teapot, teacups, saucers, and tea mugs, these are beautiful and well-made. They are also thicker, and heavier than I thought they'd be; they are very sturdy, and should give decades of service.

These are beautiful. I purchased them for a gift and I was very pleased.

These are cute and just the right size

I have had my eye on these for about 6 months and I finally bought them on Prime day. When I got them they were gorgeous, well made, nothing was chipped and they are well packaged. The only drawback is they are not microwave safe, so I am debating whether to return them, as I am getting more and more absent-minded in middle age, lol, and I'm not sure if I will remember not to microwave these plates when all the other plates I have are microwave safe. That being said they are mismatched l, which is the exact look I am going for, I have ordered it mismatched dinner plates from another manufacturer and mismatched bowls from yet another manufacturer, so I get that thrift store look without thrift store cooties. I I would recommend these if you think that you can remember not to microwave them!!

I ordered multiple items from them. All are beautiful and sturdy. Used them multiple times and received many compliments. Very well packed.

Worked out perfectly for a tea party I was hosting. Got tons of compliments on how pretty it was and everyone asked me where I got it.

Note, these are not microwave safe. They use a metallic paint on the rims.
