Salter9192 BK3R Smart Analyser Bathroom Scale – Electronic Weighing Scale, Digital Bath Scales, Body Weight/Fat/Water, Muscle/Bone Mass, BMI/BMR, Connect to Phone with Salter Health App via Bluetooth

I was looking for two things when I bought these scales:Accurate, repeatable weight measurementRecording to Apple Health kit (and the app)The scales are well built and feel sturdy. The only cheap feeling bit is the back of the battery compartment.I'm happy to say that these scales are brilliant when it comes to measurement of weight. I've had some previously that didn't work at all on Lino floors, but these seem to work perfectly.Unfortunately, this is where the good news ends. Using iOS. The app is ugly. When you connect the scales it all seems to work quite nicely. However since then I've never got it to connect again. The symbol shows up on the app to say it's receiving but it never receives the data. I'm returning the scales based on this.The final part of the review is that the body fat etc. measurements don't seem to fire off - I've only ever seen it do it once.Overall conclusion: don't buy. I'm going to have to find another set...

Didn't check app store as it advertise itself as working with Apple Health. When i actually installed and setup the app it does not transfer data to apple health. App wasnt updated for last two years, if i would know this before hand i would definitely not buy this scale.Also batteries that came with it were flat... I guess somebody is emptying some very old warehouse stock. Next time i will do more research before purchase and i will definitely stay away from Salter.

I bought this scale to track weight and other body indicators on the MiBody app.It was simple enough to set up. Follow instructions to enter your user data into the scale first.Linked to the app first time of trying (on the app, there is a 'pair with device' setting. Step on scale to turn it on. Top right of the screen, click the three little dots. Click 'pair device')You need to activate what you want the scale to keep track of (Again, click on + button top right, click 'Analyser scale' and choose what you want the scale to record for you)It does take a few minutes to set up, but once done, it's super easy to use.Make sure your app is open when you weigh, and near the scale, so it transfers data immediately.The scale looks nicer than in the picture. It's a shiny glass surface.

Nothing much to dislike about these scales. Seem pretty accurate compared to my old ones. If you want stand alone scales they are fineBUT ...If you are expecting to use them with an app then just forget it and look elsewhere. The Salter MiBody app is absolute garbage and they won't sync with anything else that I have come across. I have tried and tried to get it working with their app but to no avail and for that reason I am returning for refund.

These scales are great and I love all of the information you can get from the app. However, I have marked it down one star as I think Salter are missing a trick not having a link to FitBit or MyFitnessPal.

Packed up already not much good batteries lasted longer definitely Wouldn’t buy again no help from supplier clearly no physical damage just cr@p

I used to get all these measurements done using a PT from my local gym. I know what I’m doing now so I wanted to cut the cost of the PT but still get these reading done so I can track my activity. I bought this product because it had the Bluetooth app and I liked the idea of the progress report, having something to track so I don’t have to write it down.The product was easy to set up, just made a profile with my age, height etc and downloaded the app – it synced with my Apple ‘My Health’ app and everything tracking wise was up and running in a few minutes. Now if I have my phone with me when I do these measurements you can see the Bluetooth symbol flashing and it automatically syncs the data. Really hassle-free
