the packaging came in a safe and good state, the camera itself is really nice and easy to handle, it's really easy to use it and can film and take photos in really good quality I've been using it for 3 weeks and I have no complaints. It works perfectly fine I really recommend buying it especially at such a great price.

I brought this camera as I wanted to make more YouTube videos and vlogs overall. It is very good, however, the video is not of HD quality. The touchscreen on the camera makes it much easier and fancier and using the remote is very nice. The little microphone added is also very good, however, if it is very windy the microphone will pick on it. Additionally, the night vision quality is very good, you can film clearly and see more efficiently. If you're starting off, I would highly recommend buying this product.

It’s much smaller than I imagined it to be, but I’d like this about it. I can’t carry much weight in my hands and this is very lightweight for the quality that it provides. It comes with all the essentials including a case and a user manual that is descriptive and helpful at the same time. It doesn’t come with a memory card but I picked one up off Amazon for £7 which is perfect. I’m really impressed with it for the money but also for the fact that it’s compact and lightweight and fits easily into its very small case

Having bought this camera based on decent reviews and a solid price point with the promise of recording ultra hd footage for vlogging I was shocked to discover it cannot seem to focus, providing the same quality video as a 90's camcorder even on its highest settings. It will be returned for a full refund with a review posted online to prevent others making the same mistake.

This is a great camcorder, however with the digital autofocus you will struggle to get the angle what you required. I purchased this solely for steaming live videos on social media. It was difficult to adjust the positions with the digital focus. Sound quality was not great. With the help if additional equipment I managed to get the sound. Overall this gadget is good for fun not for serious vloggers.

Only arrived two days ago, but I love this camera. Stunning picture quality. Crystal clear and perfect for my web streams that I do live on Zoom. Microphone seems high quality too and picks up sound very accurately.Very, very impressed.Great price too!

Before I start, this appears to be a really good camcorder for it's price. I am starting to play with it to see what it can do and it appears, so far, to be exceptionally good value. The problem I have is with the instructions. I'm not especially thick, but I have never used a camcorder before and I expected clearer step-by-step instructions for beginners. I found the instructions provided were not ideal for the beginner (that's beside the fact that the English used isn't always clear; down to errors in translation). This lets the item down slightly and why I have given less than 5 stars. I found out more about how to use the camcorder by looking at YouTube videos. Shame about the guidance, but the camcorder seems very good.

I bought this for my 10 year old son not having high expectations but it’s good! It’s not the quality of Sony but it’s not the price of Sony. It does the job. I bought a micro SD card and adapter for it but it wouldn’t work. It need a proper sized SD card. I’m impressed, very impressed.
