Solid unit, bright, easy to install
Solid unit, bright and easy to install. Has both temporary on and permanent on depending on how long you hold the switch down.I wish temp on was the shorter press but hey it’s still a reliable but of kit.

Easy install, no issues so far
Replaced an aftermarket forend that had replaced the stock forend of an 870 tactical. If you're reading reviews on this, you know how to install it.An issue I've encountered is the front sling mount im currently using obscures the light a little bit, but otherwise it works very well to about 50yds or so. It can get you enough light to get you a sight picture for the target. And this is purely from my LE use perspective.The grip only needs a finger to activate the light. I unscrew the battery nut for car carry just in case I hit a bump and something activates the light. Just a couple turns make that happen, but you can use a flathead to fully secure the batteries. If you have a mount in your squad car, that works. Otherwise if it's in a bag/case and bouncing around I'm the trunk- maybe unscrew it so the light works when you deploy the gun.

Fit perfectly, very sturdy and what ever you do. Dont look at the light. Its so bright it shine over 300 yrds. Definitely worth the money.

I have been looking at this light for my 870 Defense shotgun for a while and finally caved in.I'm glad I did!Intuitive, bright, and robust.I am disappointed that I waited so long to add this tool to my collection.Oh, and the batteries are included.
