DO NOT BUY IT COULD MAKE YOU SICKAbsolute rubbish product! It’s almost raw, like a steak and the smell when I opened the bag was unbearable, off, acidic… a health hazard for sure, I had to throw it in the bin straight away, awful! Never came across with such a poor, awful and stinky Jamón in my entire life (and as a Spanish national I had tried a lot trust me) this is the most disgustingly overpriced jamón ever!DO NOT BUY IT COULD MAKE YOU SICK

Had Serrano Ham from this company before. Never been disappointed. There is a bit of fat on it, about 2kg worth by the time you've gone through the whole joint but still worth the value.

It is very tasty but very chewy too! We have enjoyed it but wish it was less tough.

Great taste, great value. Its supposed to smell of meat as that's what it is, a little salty too as it's cured, do not put it in the fridge, let it sweat a bit cut some of the fat off and rub it back on the meat and enjoy. Or you can just buy some highly processed English ham prepacked from the supermarket if you want non smelling non tasting plastic instead.🤔🤣

Gave me impression of being a 'rushed' job and a product prepared for a non-Spanish market. Apart from the excess fat (which can be cut away), the meat itself was very salty and rather soft and didn't have the flavour that I was expecting. Can't really complain as the jamon is perfectly edible and the price should have been a sufficient warning. Next time I'll go for something a bit more expensive. Don't believe the old 'pata negra' deserves the fame (not commensurate with the costs) that it has but there are many other brands that deserve attention.

We are lovers of Serrano ham and had a fantastic joint from a different supplier for Xmas and thought when finished we would buy another. This was what we bought and what a waste of money, after opening it, most has been cut off as it is too hard to eat or really greasy and fatty. It was more expensive that our previous supplier too, so do not waste your money as we have. We are really very disappointed that the supplier is selling it as it really is poor quality. Amazon need to check out this supplier as reading reviews I see we are not the only customers complaining.
