Stiglmeier Gelbwurst 16 Oz (4 Pack)

SO DELICIOUS!!

The taste is a little off and the price is ridiculously expensive! I have eaten this lunchmeat almost all my life, my mother is from Germany and we also lived there for a while as children. I used to buy this at a local German meat market but they close down due to the pandemic. I finally decided to take a chance and order through AmazonAs a special treat. I was used to paying about $9 US dollars per roll so this cost is just ludicrous, especially since you have to pay shipping on top of it. But I thought I would give myself a treat since I have not had it in such a long time. The shipping only had one pack of ice, it was a large one, but still only one. I did refrigerator right away, the next day I actually made myself a sandwich and the taste of the lunchmeat was not the best. I honestly don’t think it’s the meat but the packaging or the plastic wrapper they are using on the meat. Unfortunately that is the main flavor I was tasting. After spending all of this money and looking forward to it and waiting a couple of weeks to even receive it I will say I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from this particular vendor again. The cost itself is enough to deter you especially since it is not shipped from overseas but from here in the US. I truly am disappointed…
