Good, but more red than green
I really wanted dried GREEN hatch peppers. By the time they go red they are more sweet and smokey tasting. I wanted the more raw green. I use green powder and flakes / seeds and love them. These are very good, but again, more on the red color and flavor profile.

Maybe this is an armature move but I bought these “dried green chilis” to make a verde sauce. Not green, not at all. Assuming they turn red when dried?
