Good Sheet
High quality, solidly built, has some heft, not at all thin or flimsy, used it once so far to make maple syrup and brown sugar granola at 225, cleanup was non existent, none of the sugars left any residue. Time will tell, but happy now for sure

7 years later, still going strong.
I bought these in 2018. They’ve done it all, seen loads of high temps, broils, and abuse, and still work great. I expect well keep this set for 3-4 more years before passing it along to a daughter as she moves out on her own and refresh with new ones. As for the quality: ours held off rust for nearly 6 years before showing aging after balsamic veggie roasts. They heat evenly, cool quickly, and wipe down easily (I recommend a baking soda scrub of the rim every 5-6 uses to keep them spotless). The outside lip does have a gap from the formation of the pan, which can collect water and rust - dry these by hand, but don’t leave them upside down.

Great pan though a bit heavier than usual
I love the pan and have used it every day for one thing or another. The only thing I would note is you should use two hands to take out the hot pan from the oven if it is full. It is a bit heavier than other pans this size. I think that is why it does not bend when it gets hot and makes it sturdier. The note in with the pan states you should not use packet type dishwasher tablets as they can damage the pans. Liquid dish washer soap in the dishwasher or hand washing is fine. It is super easy to clean. I found this particular pan through recommendations on several chef sites, so; since the price is so reasonable I thought to order a couple of these pans. I will probably order some more of their products and replace some worn pans.

Why the misleading name? They are indeed very HD, nonstick. An American name is false IMO

Very nice kitchen cookie sheet. Very good quality. Cooling ranks are wonderful.

Non-stick as advertized
Heavy weight non-stick pan that does not warp. Distributes heat evenly. Very easy to clean with warm water and mild detergent.
