It's a must have!
If your a diy guy, it's a must have! This is not only a cost effective set, it's a better alternative then taking your suv to the mechanics to repair a leaking transmission line, that the former owner tried to repair but couldn't. Straightforward set very simple to use. The pros:1. Cost effective set.2.Quality materials.3.Everything you need included. 4.Multiple size stainless steel hose clamps5. The neg: None, Applications range from, home, auto and misc diy projects, there aren't any limits. The pliers worked just fine for me, the transmission hose was installed, the leak stopped and its been weeks if not a few months. Would I definitely recommend this set, it 100% worth the small investment, this set may not replace standard screw on hose clamps but its a welcomed addition. I recommend this set all day long! Does what it's suppose too.
The things I have used this on, it works great. Biggest drawback is the crimp tool takes a lot of hand strength. My wife would not be able to use the crimper.

Oetiker copy that's good
Refreshing an older BMW Brick, and crimp type hose clamps are needed. These fit the bill nicely, and stay compressed at the pressure you set them at with the tool. The tool itself could be better, but a hand file and vise work had the mating surfaces perfect ... not necessary unless you've got time to mess with it. Cheers

Better Than The Screw Type Clamps
Had to change cross over fuel line on my Harley Electra Glide. Didn't want to use the screw type clamps. These look a lot better and really easy to install. They are stainless and so they won't rust and they don't leak. They look better too. Highly recommend.

These are factory replacement clamps for most foreign cars
This is a must have set of hose clams especially if you own or work on foreign cars. Also, great price for entire set of clams and pliers.
