favorite scent for home

I was very disappointed by this room spray as yes, it does emanate that heavenly Baies scent, but being a room spray, the % of fragrance concentrate is EVEN LOWER than the eau de parfum or even eau de toilette. Therefore it is just not strong enough to last. An eau de parfum is 8% or more concentrate, a eau de toilette is 4% or more concentrate. So if you think about it, this relatively inexpensive ancillary is probably even less. The strength is watered down and fleeting. Spray all you like -- it will dissipate in less than 10-15 minutes.Save your money for the candle, which the hot flame helps diffuse the fragrance more than a room-temperature spray. (as you know, heat diffuses odor faster than cold).If the candle is just too pricey for your budget, try Seda France's Japanese Quince, a very similar scent to Baies that is equally of good quality and also a cult-status item in itself; and it's only $35 or so.
