Great for a low sodium salt
If you are trying to lower your salt intack this is what you need. It still has the taste but is far better for you. You can use it in cooking or just on your eggs and chips etc.

good price but difficult to regulate
This was a good deal price wise, but the holes to pour the salt out through are too big and keep moving so difficult to regulate.Even using only one of the very smallest holes, a lot of salt comes out too fast for my liking.I have had to super glue this part to stop it turning.
