i put 1 good teaspoon to 1 spoon of sugar. it depends on taste. also you cannot tell the difference between sugar and canders el. they say its plant based i have never looked. when friends of mine have a drink i out canderel in there drinks and they have all changed to canderel but only the crunchy . perfect if you want to lose weight
