Oven received broken

Never Ever buy from CyberSavings. I do not recommend. The 1 star rating is for the company who sold this appliance.It took a month to receive. It was however received with the whole front door glass broken. It took another 2 weeks to get the replacement parts that we initially had to pay $200 for,received the wrong part and another 2 weeks get get the correct part and repair ourselves. It was that or pay over $100 for shipping there and back to cyber savings to have them repair and be without an oven for another month or pay for shipping, pay a return restocking fee with no refund.The oven itself works fine and looks beautiful installed. I hope there are no long term effects from the damage.Lesson learned, never buy large appliances online or with cybersavings period.
