Detangles well, but poor quality, less durable
The media could not be loaded. The product detangles well but it's very poor in quality. In less than a year, the bristles started wearing off...they became serrated and started falling apart. You can check the video and see for yourself how the bristles are uneven because of breakage of the bristles. It's not upto the mark for the price given its low durability. Very disappointed. The product is overhyped.
