10 ft. Retractable Tie-Down Ratchet Strap

I bought these straps as an inexpensive alternative to similar medical grade retractable straps. The 2 straps hold my 180lb scooter firmly on the tailgate hitch. I did install 2 D- rings on the backside of the hitch for easier and more secure attachment. My wife is able to easily secure my scooter with these straps which ratchet rather than pull tights or even the other types of ratchet straps. The release is as easy as pushing a button. Frankly, the straps are so strong and easy to use that my 14yo daughter has been able to secure my scooter using them. They are strong and secure! I've driven over 2000 miles on one trip without any issues at all with the straps. Not once did they come loose without us loosening them. We feel much more secure with these retractable straps on than we ever did with the conventional straps. They store easy when not in use. With a few small modifications they can be attached permanently where ever needed. The reason I haven't is we're not sure we want to keep our Hitch or get a new one. So, while on our trips or just riding about town, we know we can depend on these straps to do the job!

Used one time two straps broke and three straps kept popping lose very unhappy with these straps very poor quality !!update they made it right and give me credit on order will do Business with them again 👍💯

Order them got them bolted to trailer get ready to use the and there only 6ft long descriptions says 10ft now i have to mail them back

The internal spring must be too weak as it does not fully retract after the first use.

I own a garage door company and bought these straps because they are longer than most, durable, and retractable. They save me so much time and hassle. I was able to mount them to my truck rack and couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Very well built heavier than I expected using them to tie down my large Harley inside a trailer to haul long distances. Easy to use. Would recommend them for any tie down use.
