If we talk about the product, it is a great product. But once the battery starts giving trouble , you cant get it serviced and use the product. the service centers are not ready to take this product for battery replacement or charging board replacement.The product may be great but the after sale support and service and not available for this product. please dont waste your money in this product.

Don't buy this. This is very old model and its cost was 4K in 2014-2015. Seller is looting the customer. I habe used the same model amd it's great to use and am still using it in 2022.i purchased in 2015.

Product is good but battery need to charge every time, also blades are creating so much noise. Body grooming is ok but not good for beard shave.I require to change blades. Can anyone provide contacts.

I had bought this exact model from a local shop for 3K in 2016. Its an older 7000 series, No difference. Dont Buy. The product is damn good and lasted 5 years for me but for 24K I'd prefer it atleast has few grams of gold plating on it.

Battery not working, went to service centre for replacement, was told that problem is with pcb and battery both, better to throw away than spending more money on the product.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Service centre bluntly told me that no service can be done for this. Once battery problem is found, throw it! Pathetic service at Philips

Please dont buy, it's a pathetic battery life within a month i am facing the problem. & after few days blade going loose & jammed too.

Dont buy.There is problem in battery and in service centre they told it can't be repaired.Total wastage of money.
