Recent purchase for my commute. I required a bag which could easily fit a 15.4' laptop and some other items. Plenty of space and its comfortable over both shoulders so no complaint there. My only issue is how easy it is for someone on a packed train etc. to open the zips. The zips stand out and are much too easy to slid allowing someone to reach in quietly. For security in areas that are tightly packed and have pick pockets this bag is a no go.

After few weeks, several zips were broken. Sent a claim to the seller but never got any answers. I guess it's too late now as the bag has been purchased for more than 1 year ago. Very annoyed especially at this price.

Since i got this bag one day before I cannot comment on its reliablity and comfort. But the bag is not that much attractive and I think its not worth for this money.
