They made me off balance because of the fluid inside. And they didn't help my heel pain

I’ve been wearing the other brand by Happy Feet for years so decided to try these.I like these better cuz I think they may have more fluid in them OR cuz I got the next larger size n cut the toe off that is provided anyway to fit ur shoe better.Anyway, both brands stay securely in shoes without slipping out like some customers complained. What are they doing?? Wearing them in sandals???? Geez!!!I think both brands provide MILD support. I don’t have plantar Fascitis but I would think if you had moderate to severe Fascitis, they wouldn’t help much. …..There’s not much gel/fluid in each, they’re pretty thin so that I can wear in my already broken in shoes without noticing tightness. Remember that you can trim both brands down to size.I like them for general support, mainly to soften the impact which they do very well. They do provide mild arch support cuz as ur foot moves, the gel displaces forward or backward, so therefore it’s always supporting the arch.I have 3 pairs n everyday I put a pair in my shoes for the day to lessen the impact on my moderately arthritic feet.Yes, that roley poley feel under your feet is awesome!!! I remember the weird sensation when I started wearing years ago. But I did NOT experience any soreness probably cuz my legs n feet were in shape.I didn’t realize these had Lifetime Warranty. On the package insert it says, “if found to be defective will be replaced free of charge. Customer must pay $4.95 for return shipping. “Do scrub in soapy water every so often to keep like sand particles from penetrating n causing a leak!!

It needs more gel. As your foot rolls forward with each step, the gel goes to the heel when you actually need the gel on your forefoot under your pads.

I suffer with arthritis in both my feet and I now have these in almost every single pair of shoes I own - including my tennis shoes. Even though I buy high end tennis shoes for my feet, these simple thin orthotic insoles are great! Been using them for several years now.

I was hoping for more comfort and support. Neither one of those were addressed. I have very sensitive feet because of my diabetes and neuropathy. I am on my feet 10-15 hours a day. I was really disappointed. Very little support and comfort.

These are well worth every cent they cost.Absolutely the most comfortable in soul that there is.Thank keep the great work up
