Wonderful tasting toothpaste. Cleans perfectly and keeps my teeth whiter. Also gets rid of germs that make gums hurt. My dentist says this is the best and I agree.

This is the best with baking soda and peroxide...... can't be beat. Fresh and really clean mouth and teeth. 👍

I'm having some minor gum issues, so in addition to other recommendations, my hygienist recommended this toothpaste. I hate mint toothpaste, but I guess that's all there is. The saltiness of the baking soda is also unpleasant, but if it does the job (have yet to return to the dentist), I'm willing to put up with some unpleasantness. It does seem to be whitening my lower front teeth, which were a bit stained from drinking tea.After 6 weeks of use, I returned to the dentist's office & my hygienist said she saw significant improvement. Mind you, I also upped my flossing, but I'll take it!

Great toothpaste

Arm& Hammer proxyCare toothpaste is pretty darn amazing to me. It's very low. Abrasion rating is good for your teeth and it whitens my teeth just as good as optic White. Optic White is so abrasive though that while you're brushing, it's really chewing apart your enamel and just getting to a lower level that is lighter. The peroxide in proxyCare actually whitens your teeth without hurting them at all. Look up the RDA ratings on your toothpaste. A good toothpaste has an RDA rating of under 70. You'll notice all the other toothpastes that are in the hundreds and high-170s. Take care of your teeth cuz you're going to need them for the rest of your life. Dry arm and Hammer proxycare or arm& Hammer complete clean because those two are above all other toothpastes that I have found to keep my teeth white and to keep my mouth clean all day.

I just love arm and Hammer products. Especially, this toothpaste. Leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh.
