Works but description misleading and fisheye lens
So I didn’t understand what a fish eye lens was until we started using this. It makes you look like you’re in a round glass fish bowl with the walls at the end curved in. The person looks quite clear but staring at it too long is a bit headache inducing.Also the branding suggests it’s USB-C compatible - so I was excited I could plug it straight into my MacBook Pro which only has USB-C ports without any dongle. This is deceptive - the wire end that goes into the camera itself is USB-C but the end that you need to plug into your computer is a normal USB. Quite cheeky and misleading in my opinion.It does the job but I paid extra to get the USBC functionality and feel like it’s not worth the extra over other similar webcams.

Excellent value.
Working from home I needed a Webcam to join video conferences. I had used my phone with Skype for business but then the company moved to Microsoft Meetings which used the PC. I ordered the Webcam and it came the following afternoon at 14.20 and I had a video meeting at 14.30. I unpacked it plugged it in to a USB port. The computer set up the drivers and I joined the meeting at 14.30. Excellent picture and sound quality and as you can see very easy to set up

Picture great, microphone not so great
The product was very easy to set up, and as soon as I plugged it in the computer recognised it. The picture quality was very good, and having the small tripod included was a bonus.The problem was the microphone. There was a constant higher pitched 'whining' when I tested using it to record myself. I tried a different USB port, and also plugged into my laptop but had the same issue. Lastly I tried a zoom call and although sound was fine my end, the other person said they could hear the higher pitched whining.I've read that generally webcam microphones are not very good, however, I'm sending this back and will get another webcam. If I have the same problem again, then may need to purchase a dedicated microphone and just use webcam for the camera. Shame as having an all-in-one unit would be more convenient.Maybe I got a dud, as note reviews for this product are good. No problems with Amazon to send back and get a refund though.

Going straight back
No cable included to connect camera to my laptop (fortunately I had one that fitted). I had to work out how to disable my laptop's built in webcam before the product worked (although that may well be an issue with my laptop rather than this product). Didn't realise it was a fisheye lens, so was unprepared for the fact that when attending online meetings people could see my whole room and I couldn't see if there was any way to change this. If fact they all put their hands over their ears as there was a horrible whistling noise. So, disappointed in so many ways, I put it straight in the box to go back.

Great video but audio not so good
The camera was purchased specifically for video and it is clearer and has a more natural colour balance than my Microsoft Lifecam. It also sits neatly on top of my screen. Only downside is the audio is very low compared with my Microsoft camera. I have not dug deep in the Windows settings so it may be resolvable, but I am very happy with the video output.

Great Web Cam Worked first time
This is a great web cam for the price. I hooked it on my monitor and it gives great quality pictures. Worked first time, with no fiddling with settings required. I have a Dell XPS 13 with the camera lense at the bottom of the screen. Using the web cam means i know can look up without which is so much better for Zoom calls. People have commented that the quality they can see is so much better. I would recommend this product.

Easy to use, good quality
Good camera, once I got a usb port that was clean( PC getting on) worked a treat, happy bunny!

Good picture and sound quality
I bought this webcam mainly to use for Zoom presentations. The picture and sound quality is excellent for such a tiny camera. It also delivers a bright and clear image even in relatively dark light conditions. But beware, it needs a platform such as Skype or Zoom to actually work and will not switch on simply with the computer.
