Excellent First Rate Solid Spin bike.
I recently purchased the Chain Drive spin bike, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its quality and performance. Here are the key points: Build and Durability: The bike is exceptionally sturdy, reminiscent of a tank. While it is slightly heavy, this weight contributes to its reassuring toughness. Connectivity and Sensors: I’ve successfully paired the Wahoo speed and cadence sensors with my Android phone and tablet. This connectivity allows me to use apps like Wahoo and Zwift seamlessly. Performance: Having used various spin bikes, including those in professional gyms, I can confidently say that this bike performs exceptionally well. It delivers on its promises without unnecessary frills. Information Display: Rather than relying on a basic display, I prefer using my phone or tablet for more comprehensive data. The Wahoo exercise app, combined with outdoor cycling and running videos on a widescreen, enhances the realism of my workouts. Maintenance: I encountered a minor issue with the main flywheel squeaking during my initial 100 miles of cycling. However, a quick cleaning of the brake flywheel contact area and a touch of maintenance oil resolved the problem. Value for Money: At its price point, this spin bike is an excellent investment. I’ve even seen it listed as low as £80 in the warehouse section, though I personally paid £189. Regardless, it remains a bargain considering its performance and durability." Just over a year later the seat broke ! But I guess I have done something like a thousand miles on it so far with some fairly heavy use so I’m not complaining. Guess some parts of the bike will get more wear and tear and some would consider them to be consumable items. So overall I think this bike still deserves a 5 star rating despite the seat problem.

QUALITY Built like a Tank!
Reckon i got a quality Bargain here, after being rather lost in the entire exercise bike world, having been 30 years or more since i last bought a cheap (Around£30) Wieder bike, which packed in, in only 2/3 months due to my exertion. Dissapointed i wrote to them complaining that i assumed they were quality brand. The gave me a new replacement, which i sold new, as i knew it would go the same way, & this is when i realized companies make things to a price. Also these days we have chain/belt bikes, spin bike etc, all i was looking for was something that would last & wouldn't cave in with strenuous use. I fixed my mind on Heavy wheel, which at 40 pounds this one has, i then pondered the belt versions as they cost way more, yet as i suspected & another reviewer stated, who himself had 2 previous bikes, that belts SLIP/slacken in time, prompting him to go for chain which i did also, & like him i had little care for rather pointless digital devices. I have had racing road bikes all through the years, although not using them much in recent years, wityh that in mind it's little matter what Distance you may pat yourself on the back with, for me it's about the EFFORT you are putting in for the duration, which you want to be Minimal. From much earlier years i learned that Really Working a stationary bike, you get a real quick warm up, where in just over 10/12 minutes you Would be sweating, which is what i am aiming for, as when the blood is flying around the body you are more flexible and less prone to injury & the ability to reach this state with hard exercise used to be (with stretching 5 minutes after 15 ex) about 20 minutes, but the bodies ability to reach this state in that time greatly diminishes as years roll on, which is why i have opted to get a bike, to assist in my warm ups for martial arts & weight training. I will still do my normal warm ups , but first i shall spend time on the bike. So for this you simply move the resistance knob till it's hard to pedal, but are still able to effort it to a decent pace & that's it. Now my 1st duration i have had to go 18 minutes to get to where i'm about sweating mode, it will take maybe a week or 2 to get into proper mode of pedalling at pace with a difficult mode/tension, & i then hope to be able to attain warm up/sweating mode in less time. I should mention as i was reading about modern bikes & what to look for & the reason for folk paying WAY more for "Belt" bikes, being they are silent. There is virtualy NO noise from this, all i had read whould make you think a chain bike was making a racket:) It's nothing of the sort folks, & i'd be so dissapointed if i'd opted for a far more expensive Belt bike & in some months it weakened/slipped etc, as i'd regard that as waste of purchase. There is NO Way this bike is packing in, as it is built like a tank, about 100 pounds weight, even has simple to adjust stabalizers which made it simple for me to have it sitting perfectly level in my Not so perfectly flat floor in my outdoor hut where i have the bike, & for the giveaway price of £140, i regard this as a Fantastic bargain As i ponder the life span of this the only thing that could diminish through time would be the brake pads which determine the difficulty of your session, & having just done a quick search it seems they don't cost much and there are youtube videos showing how to fit, so i guess that won't be a problem should it arise somewhere down the line. Very pleased with this purchase, easy ass embly/adjustment, however take your time with pedals attachment, as that can be tricky.

Easy to assemble
Pros: Good resistance, easy to use, easy to assemble. Cons: seat is quite hard, foot straps are flimsy and the brake handle isn't in the best place My family has been using the bike every day for a week now, no faults. I'm suprised the foot straps have lasted this long. Would suggest a seat padding. Otherwise the bike is fine, easy to adjust the resistance while cycling.

Perfection. Beautiful build quality for the price!
I paid £155 for mine… and it was the 3rd bike I bought off Amazon in a week, after the two previous ones went back because I didn’t like them. This one was far and away the better one. And the build quality of it was way more attractive than one I paid £280.00 for, in fact I feel this bike is worth about £400 if I was to compare it to what I got for my money on the previous two bikes. (Only one very very minor gripe, more on that at the end 😄) What I loved about this bike was the ride position was fantastic and really well thought out from an ergonomic standpoint, which just makes the ride so much more comfortable. It looks like a much more expensive bike due to the good build quality, and no cheap looking bits or anything. There’s no computer but then that’s not a bad thing because they often look like cheap tat with no useful metrics unless it’s a really high end one. So I really didn’t mind that, It’s chain drive, which actually generates a super cool tactile feel. I personally love the little vibrations under my feet that gives the sensation of riding a bike. I find belt drive to be too perfectly smooth and it’s a horrible fake feel and nothing exciting about it. But having said that some people love belts and pay more for them, but I find chain much more appealing. It will make a very slight rattling noise but that is very quiet and it’s not noisy. I ride with music so I don’t even hear it, but with no music you might find it a little annoying. And lastly a good reasonably heavy flywheel - very good feel, I found, @ 18kg, (one bike I tried and returned was slightly more than needed at 20kg and the other one which was 8kg seemed pathetically too little) but this one @ 40lbs gives a good workout and generates lots of momentum. It’s also got quite a small footprint so it’s not too difficult to move around. The minor gripe, (the thing that wasn’t absolutely fantastic about the build quality, and I think this maybe why it’s so cheap) is that the handlebar tube on mine was a little too tight, I actually greased mine up with a little olive oil to ease the sliding of it as it was tight. But this is the really strange thing, because everything else about the build quality is what I would expect from a bike priced at maybe even £400. Fortunately they had the foresight to fit this thing with an emergency brake, incase you’re working out in the living room and then all of a sudden your lunatic dog randomly tries to jump out in front of you, whilst cycling a bit too fast.

No good if your only 5ft Tall
Brilliant item, very sturdy and well built. Why the 3 stars? Minimum User Height needs to be at least 5.5ft tall, i am only 5ft tall and could not use it. Returned for a Refund.

Absolutely fantastic
Absolutely fantastic. Well built heavy bike without all the silly technology and overkill styling. Good for tall people. Chain is hardly noticeable in noise. Very very happy I think this will last many years because it’s a traditional well built bike not a flimsy computer on wheels. The seat is a tiny bit hard in the pelvis but honestly for the price of this bike it’s still incredibly good. It rides like a bike with a chain and it feels fantastic for weight loss. I’m overweight with hormone issues that leave me tired and a bit dizzy and honestly I feel very good on this bike and safe. I love that it feels safe and solid with one dial to change resistance and a break. Simple and well built to last.

It's not worth the money
All I can tell you guys is the picture looks nice as well as the bike...but.....there are plenty of stuff on this bike aren't right, especially the pedal of the bike is so tiny and uncomfortable, you need a wider foot pedal, and it didn't have any display to see how much calories we burnt, and the adjustment for inclined is just the front break pads, and when you do that, its like you are actually riding a bike with front brakes on.....and it make so much noises, and mainly the seats are very very uncomfortable, when you sitting on it ,and riding, it's like you are on the swing going to fall like feelings, and there are lot of noises coming from the food pedal base areas.......and the metal pices each end of the stand are dangerous and so sharp ,I got hurts many time when passing by,and got hit by the sharp metal stand, especially if you have child, please keep it well away from walking area....otherwise pay bit more and get a better version....mine will be going back ASAP....China please consider all that negative feedback when making goods like this....thank you
