Despite the fact that my baby has a lot of skin problems, I have been using this product on her cheeks, in her hair for the scalp, and in the diaper area, and I can assure you that it is effective. When I say that it works well, I mean it from the heart. There is a slight odor that is quite potent, but when some time has passed, you will find that it is not overpowering. Due to the fact that it makes her feel better, I would strongly recommend this product. Despite the fact that it works, it does not happen overnight!

This stuff seemed to clear up my baby's skin! I have kept it handy but stopped using it after she has cleared up.. I think it worked! Mixed with hydrocortisone and Neosporin.

Best spray ever' works really fast! My poor granddaughter had a rash that doctors didn't even know about and it worked immediately.

6/8/2023. SkinSmart antimicrobial skin cleanser is soothing and cooling. Both bottles have an expiration date of 12/28/2023. It would have been more useful if one bottle was going to expire in six months and the other bottle was going to expire in a year.

I do think this helps keep broken skin from becoming infected but this did not help my daughters eczema. The package says to try not to use any other product with it, so I didn’t with the first use. We live in Colorado, so there is absolutely no way to avoid using moisturizers. We had a big setback with healing because I did not moisturize the first time we used it. I’m happy it has helped so many people, but this is not the magic bullet it is made out to be.

I bought this mainly to clean my babys (3 months old) neck rolls and armpits. He also has eczema in those areas and spraying in the morning and sometimes at night (if he doesn't get a bath) has cleared his eczema up in those places. I saw results the next day but deffinatly saw significant results after day 2 and now the eczema patches in those areas are gone! His skin is clear and soft. The red bumps are gone! I Still moisturize after the area has dried. Its amazing because its always difficult to put on a moisturizer under his arms and neck rolls since he always gets sweaty in those areas. LOVE THIS STUFF!EDIT: my now 8 month old recently had a flare up of eczema around his eyes and his cheeks. I was applying tubby todd with no improvement. It actually got worse. I almost caved and used steroids but tried this spray at night before bed. I sprayed directly to face covering his eyes and to get around the eyes I sprayed on my finger and applied, making sure his face was damp/wet. I let it air dry then applied tubby todd. The next day the redness was gone but still has some bumps. I applied again morning, afternoon, and night. The next day the bumps had drastically improved!This stuff really works! I would have gone crazy without it.

I don’t see any I’m change in my son’s skin with this product.
