Quality seems really good, fits like it should, but I recommend using the sizing chart. It works well, and promotes sweating.

I bought this product about a week ago and been using it during my daily walks (5 miles) and so far it's holding up well. I notice that I sweat a good amount after my walks. Pay attention to sizing because I had to buy an XXL because XL was too tight. I'm 5"6 230 lbs wearing XL shirt.

order the vest at XL, vest didn't fit , ok so i sent the vest back and order a 4 x. and vest still didn't fit. i had a buddy that is a size large, and the vest fit the guy tight. so if you do decide to buy this know that a 4X is actually large and they wouldn't have a 4X

It does help you sweat but it doesn’t hold the sweat, it comes right through and it’s a little short so it rolls up from the bottom

Listen, I have been a pretty active athlete most of my life. I was never a bodybuilder, but I was always in pretty damn good shape especially when I was younger. I could do 10 miles after a 10 hour day at work and it didn’t bother me at all anyway, I make 60 in December of this year and I have people I think I’m in my 40s but the last few years I’ve struggled with my gut now I have neoprene belts that wrap around you with Velcro like from Walmart. I’ve had dozens of those through the years. I still have them till this day. I even have a knee cream vest that I got from Walmart a few months ago, but none of those compare to the last four days wearing this shirt within 20 minutes. I do cardio every day. I try to do at least an hour of cardio every day within 20 minutes. I was poured sweat out and it just my stomach just feels like it’s flatter if that makes any sense anyway, I’ve already referred your product to about three of my friends that are in serious need of losing some weight and all they do is complain about they don’t have the wheel or to drive to exercise like I do or go to the gym like I do and lift weights so I referred this shirt to them I don’t know if they’re gonna order it or not but no working out just wear the shirt every day and it will shed pounds off of you. I promise you that thank you guys for your product. I will order the T-shirt later on in the future thank you very much sincerely😎💯🇺🇸

Please Don't buy this product because picture shown in display is a branded company. But item deliverd a diffrent cheapest quality and price are very high for this. They are doing froud to a consumer.
