Great taste, not too chewy but not too soft. Doesn't taste super sugary, seems to have a strong smell of the vinegar but not off-putting.

As all the other reviews note, they are delicious. Just like eating candy. As for weight loss, eh. I will say that the first week I ate them, I lost 4 lbs. How, you ask? Well, not to be indelicate, but it was the pooping. Definite increase in the amount of pooping (I went from once a day to three times a day). Increased bathroom trips aside, I was ecstatic, because 4lbs in a week?! Yes please! But then, the weight loss (and additional pooping) just...stopped. I don't know if I was just all cleaned out or if my body adjusted to the ACV, but the weight plateaued and the trips to the bathroom went back to just once a day. I continued to eat them faithfully, but alas, no other weight loss. Over the following months, the weight crept back up to where I started. A bummer, I know. I finished the bottle and shook my fist at the sky, angry to have been bamboozled by fruit snacks. Fast forward about 6 months of not doing any ACV, and I'm thinking about those 4lbs that I lost when I first started them. Swimsuit season is rapidly approaching, and I'm thinking 4lbs is better than nothing, so I get another bottle. This time, nothing. No weight loss, not even increased pooping. Still delicious candy gummies, but I can't see any additional benefit to them. So those people who are losing 10 lbs a week on them? I'm happy for them, but I can't report the same results. I'm sorry. I wish I had better news for you. By all means, buy them if you want to try it (they are tasty!), but it's not the miracle appetite suppressant/weight loss booster I had hoped for.

I really enjoy these gummies. I recently had my gallbladder removed which has made digesting food difficult. I would take a medication daily to help with that but never felt it truly helped my digestion. Switching to these have helped me feel much better and efficiently helped with my digestion. They taste really good and I do look forward to taking them daily.

I bought it because it would cut the appetite, it should be like this in accordance with its purpose, but it is useless, my money is wasted
