It is very high quality and battery lasts long. You can really feel the abs working and the waves are really not painful. Works really well and very happy with this purchase.

Great device as I have a 6 pack, the body strap became weak and so did one of the arm straps, the connection were the poppers connected, I had to hold the battery against the pad to got any muscle contractions, I had a bad one and would like a replacement and the advert shoes a new design so I guess they have fixed issues with model I've sent back , the best and strongest muscle contractions Ive had and had 3 different types, love it

Had this delivered yesterday so I’ve only just started to use this. First impressions would be great, level 1&2 are good for any starters in using products like this. I’ve previously used gel ones and if you wanna gain a plump bum then they’re great oh alongside squats however, gel pads become increasingly annoying and I’ve found that i had to wear Lycra shorts to keep them stuck to the skin. This one however, uses a little spray of water and the Velcro works great. The levels are strong enough and I haven’t even used the harder levels as yet. I suffer from fibromyalgia and I’ve found that I cannot exercise the way I’m used to. But I find the simulation pads are helpful as I can do light exercises with abs legs and bum. My upper body is possibly the hardest part to workout but this helps with massaging and toning therefore, yes I would recommend it. I will write further once I’ve used this for longer hence 4 star for now 😅

Tried it a few times now, doesn't stand out as being better than cheaper ones. Too soon to say if it works or tones you up.

Good product came on time works well and helps with weight loss glad I payed a bit more and got a better product the arm steps that come with it really good as well it’s hard to get passed level 1 with them

The price is low and so were my expectations. I must say that the product if used correctly, wetting with water the contact points with the sprayer before using it and adjusting the intensities and different programs does a discreet job. Defects: the quality of the belts is very low for the type of material, there was a single cable instead of the 3in1 USB cable for charging at the same time conveniently, the instructions are terribly deficient, the programs (mode) are not explained at all, it seems translated with Google Translator, really bad. Only with the time, I will see the duration and the number of charging of the three devices. Pros: it costs little and if you don't have much higher expectations than toning in time little by little the muscles I think it can do its job.

I had doubts buying this because it had quite some bad reviews, but having seen/tried many EMS trainers, I concluded this one still could be good try. And i was right ! Here's what I find excellent: - material is durable and thicker than other flimsy EMS trainers that would crack after 1 week. - it has extension piece if you are fat - No need to put WATER on it, it works witout it - impulses hit DEEP !! Frequency is tuned to hit muscle thru Subcutaneous fat ( at least mine ) - it does NOT BURN skin at all, I don't feel any electric impulses like on flimsy ones. - It's a fraction of price of so called professional "medical" relaxing trainers that cost over 150€. I don't know how long it will live, but I am going to buy one more. For those who think this is another paid review, well it ain't, but don't care what whoever think. I felt need to correct these negative remarks. Glad I trusted my own criterias, and I bought a good product. Good luck

Exelente funcionamiento, variedad de intensidad y niveles. Después de unos meses de uso , el de abdomen baja su funcionamiento. 04/2021 el producto ha dejado de funcionar. Controles uno bien, otro los led indican pero emite bajos impulsos, y el otro muerte total. Cinturón abdominal, muerto total. Funciona bien solo uno de los del brazo. Empiezan a emitir descargar raras, provoca hematomas localizados en tan solo una sesión pequeña.
