My family and I eat a primarily plant based diet which means we also eat a lot of lentils. Red lentils are our favorite and so I was looking for bulk lentils and found these. They’re exactly what I would want. They taste great, store well, and are some of the most economical that I have found.

I hadn't used red lentils previously. The flavor is so light and delish. And they cook very quickly- 15 to 20 minutes and done. The taste is much sweeter than the normal brown lentils

Best lentils
Best lentils. I don't like any others. They have the best flavor & texture. They're split without skins. I use these lentils for soup. I plan to make wraps as well. First bag I bought was 4lbs. This time I went for 8lbs. They're freaking good 😋.Just don't overcook them.All other lentils taste like mud in my opinion.

Good value, silky texture, tasty
The value is pretty good, as there are cheaper lentils out there, but not cheaper red lentils. The freshness is unparalleled, in terms of getting it shipped to you, as these are vacuum sealed bags of red lentils. The texture is silky smooth, much less rough and chewy than the texture I've had in green and yellow lentils before, so i was super excited to try (and willing to pay a premium frankly). The flavor is different from green lentils, and the cooked texture is mushy (which works for my planned dishes). Highly recommend this purchase
