Very sustainable and great space saver! So sturdy! shipping took a long time but we love it!

After waiting for about a month, this thing arrived! The picture was exactly what I was looking for. So, I did not mind the wait. But, after opening the damaged package with a hole in it, I was so very disappointed! The description is VERY INACCURATE:- Very poor packaging and the quality of the dish rack is very poor and cheap.- It is not strong enough to hold even a few cups.- The plastic of the silverware holder was broken.- There were a few missing screws.- The installation instruction is incomplete with a very poor English translation. Just a copy with a crappy toner cartridge.Save your $87.90, this thing is not worth a penny! I contacted the seller for a return process and they offered a $10 refund. Is this a joke?
