Great starter tools
I put these through a lot and none of the tools broke or warped. I went through a beginning ceramics class and loved the tools, specifically the wooden thumb that I used for pretty much all aspects of the class. The sponges did shred some but I used them for opening up bowls on the wheel a lot.

Good for Beginners, One piece broke.
This is a great inexpensive set for beginners who are interested in ceramics. The sharp pin tool broke in my set after about a week unfortunately. I wish the large wooden tool would have been a bit sharper on the pointed end as well. Overall the set is fairly good if you only need it for every now and then.

Good Starter Set for Claywork
My partner purchased this set for some small claycraft projects we wanted to do. This is a really great deal if you're just starting out, and the quality of the tools so far have exceeded their value! The tools are lightweight, well-sized, and all metal components seem sturdy so far, though we haven't had extensive use to see how they will hold up over time. Product was received undamaged with minimal quirks and scuffs to the tools themselves. We're both very impressed with our trial run creating small clay pendants, miniature figures, and jewelry.

Nice Tool Set to Get You Started
I recommend purchasing this if you are a beginner building your tool kit. As a beginner, I can only speak to how they perform for someone learning the craft.I purchased this tool set for a virtual ceramics class. I am a beginner with no clue of what the tools are or how to use them. I found it to meet my needs as I learned techniques to use in creating my pieces.I requested help from classmates to identify my tools and how to use them. Experienced classmates were impressed with the types of tools included in this set finding it to be comprehensive and a great value for the price.

Okay, pretty cheap
You'll want to upgrade to something better after your first time using these. The wood quality is pretty bad and you won't get straight, smooth lines on your ceramics. And I wish the metal plate wasn't tapered at the ends, and was straighter so I could press it all the way to the bottom of the base. The wire cutter is good, though. And the scraper tools are decent. I knocked down a couple stars mostly due to the fact that I needed to buy all the wood pieces elsewhere which reduced the value of these. I would've just bought a higher quality set in the first place.

Not Bad for Price
These are really inexpensive and about the same quality you would get from Hobby Lobby or somewhere in the beginning tools, but they cost more in store. They're not great quality by any means, but they'll do the trick if you're ballin on a budget and just getting started. I have much nicer tools too, but they were also a lot more expensive.
