Very easy read and provides a good overview of the BRRRR method paired with relevant case studies that show how they have implemented the process in their own business. This book alone will not make you an expert by any means, as no book will, but it definitely gives the process for completing this on the right deals. If you pair this book along with their first book on wholesaling, you will have more than enough info on how to get started as they provide very actionable information. My biggest surprise in their books is that they actually DON'T promote their coaching, youtube videos, etc. more than where it makes sense. Too many "gurus" promote their paid coaching an unnecessary amount - not these guys - just good, solid information. Very pleasantly surprised with this read.

Another EXCELLENT book from David Dodge and Michael Slane. Between their books, their podcast, and their videos I have to say they are my favorite source for Real Estate education.The book itself is very detailed, yet written in a way anyone can understand. It also includes multiple real world case studies that reveal the true power of the BRRRR method.What else can I say? If you are on the fence, take action and invest in yourself. You have access to 2 of the best resources in the business. What are you waiting for?

This book breaks it down for you. It’s simple and I love the free lessons. I can’t wait to read other books by this crew.

Basic real estate concepts but only about 10% of what the title is actually about. Recommend for beginner or those starting to seek real estate investing.

This book is an excellent read for any entrepreneur looking to gain a better understanding of real estate investing. The authors really break down the process in a simplified form making it very easy to understand.

Excellent read; these guys are great. This is the best way to build financial freedom hands down and this book does a great job explaining the process from start to finish!

Having read man, many real estate investing books, I can say this is one of the most down-to-earth, clearly written books I've read. I would highly recommend this book to anyone looking to expand their knowledge on BRRRR investing.
