Consumption and decay are the foundations of this universe. Change itself is immutable. It is with these fundamental truths in mind that I accepted delivery of this desk on a cold winter day.It came in a box. This meant I was going to have to do work. I was not pleased. I knew I would have to assemble it when I placed the order, but this did not lessen the blow. Some people enjoy the act of work. It can provide a sense of accomplishment and a fulfillment of duty. But what is "fulfillment" when all things decay? What is "accomplishment" when all things change? I was right to conclude that the act of work is a waste of time, yet being right did not give me a place to put my computer, so I got to work.The instructions were easy to follow. They were in pictures, which is perfect because I can't read. I listened to music to distract me from the pain of my efforts. It took about 30 minutes. It is very sturdy, has ample surface area, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it came with a gigantic comfy mousepad.Even though fulfillment is an illusion, I cannot deny that everything changed after that day. I see things as I have never seen them before. Colors are brighter. Food tastes better. My computer has a place to go. I know that contentment and happiness cannot last, but, at the same time, maybe this time will be different.

I’ve used this desk for over 2 years without any problems. Great build quality. Love having so much space. Never concerned about it bearing weight. Easy to separate into 2 pieces for easy moving.On my move this weekend I thought some pieces were lost and I reached out to the seller, they responded in under 24 hours ready to ship replacement parts. I found the pieces so did not need help, but it’s terrific to have good support available more than 2 years after purchase.

Look, I've built lots of desks in my days. This is by far the easiest and most enjoyable build I've done so far. First off, there is only one type of screw. Amazing. Second, the total parts are minimal. I put it all together myself, in about an hour, and I spent another hour finally crafting an awesome workstation with two monitors, my capture card, a Switch, all my tools, all perfectly placed on this beast of a desk.The extra-large desk mat is nice but I do wish it had been just a bit wider and maybe not as tall. It really only fits in one place on the desk. That said, super minor complaint for a free item.For the price, you can't beat this one and if I ever want to expand into a U desk or add in another L, I'll get another one of these. I'm really surprised by how good this thing is.

Desk was easy to assemble. Make sure you have it on a big flat surface for assembly. Makes it easier to attach the frame to the 2 desk sections for a tight fit. All holes lined up and hardware fit. I did not use the chrome foot adjusters because my floor is level and I did not like the extra height the feet raised the desk. I am 6 foot and worry about stuff like ergonomics. Desk is comfortable. Fingerprints stick to the desk top. The large mouse pad helps with the fingerprints and hides the line created by the separate desk sections. The frame is sturdy. Does not shake or wobble. I added LED lights to kick it up a notch and also purchased a under desk cable rack to hide the cables. Great for the price! I would buy again.

Let's just get this out of the way really quick... Is the desk a nice and sturdy desk? Yes. Can the desk provide me with what I personally was looking for? Yes again. So why 4 out of 5 stars? Cost.The $169.99 price tag is a bit much for what you get. As you can see in the photo I shared, I'm able to place my PC and 3 monitors with all my peripherals (mouse, keyboard, speakers, boom microphone) without any issue. The desk is a comfortable height so that my left arm can rest on the little "L" section while controlling the keyboard while gaming and my right hand has great room for controlling the mouse. (Thank you for the included large mousepad. Obviously, it's to cover the seam where the two top parts of the desk meet and that's not a big deal at all)For $169.99 I see value in "storage". I know some might say, "If you're looking for a desk with good storage, you're going to spend $350+" and with that being said, I'll agree. At the end of the day, I'm happy with the desk and what it provides, but I feel the price is a tad to high for what you get.

Best gaming desk for the price! I like this desk because it's the only subtle "gaming" desk that I could find, it wasn't flashy whatsoever (other than the included mouse pad which I planned on replacing anyway) and it didn't have the carbon fiber top like some other desks have. The desk came prestine with no damage and the pieces from the top fit just right so it wasn't uneven. I ended up leaving the included mouse pad cause it grew on me once I had everything set up. I've had it for a month and will update my review as time goes on to say how it holds up. If you're looking for a gaming L shaped desk, this is the way to go no doubt about it!

The desk is easy to assemble if you can follow instructions. Tighten all the bolts well and you'll be good to go!The desk is plenty deep which was something important to us, plenty of space for work or projects.Our desks are set up as computer desks, Dual monitors mounted on arms that are attached to the back of the desks and the wood structure of the desk has no problem supporting them, the computer itself, and me when I use the desk as a prop when standing up.

This was very easy to assemble and looks great.
