Taste good, very effective, the strength of the nicotine is good. Relieves my cravings, comes in a handy little sturdy pot, can be a little frustrating to get one out of the little hole when you are really craving but overall not really a problem. Would recommend this product to help with giving up vaping (for me) or smoking. I gave up for 8 months before using these but ended up vaping again due to stress but I am back for another go.

They taste great, and work better than a vape. I didn't realise how much I was spending in corner-shops... £6 a day. Because once it's there - it's easy to use. The vapes became a dummy that needed to be replaced. With the mini's - there's a ritual - opening it - tipping it into your hand - and putting it in your mouth. A consideration that's neglected when you can just get a quick hit from a lithium battery, some random chemicals and a colourful piece of plastic. And if I'm honest - I haven't missed it. Vaping. I knew it was bad. And i'm glad this is a step in the right direction.
