Using it in my quilt making.wasn’t sure if it would be worth the cost but it presses the seams down really nicely.

This is a solid piece of workmanship in its own right, but I find it is very useful in my sewing room. Does what it says on the box. I think it's value for money.

Better than expected, great piece of kit, why wouldn't you have one

Not only is this useful but looks good. My dad was a carpenter and had he been alive I would have asked me to make one of these for me. However, this item is just so lovely that when it is not in use I am going to display it in my craft room.

This is really great to use it is the right weight to hold that crease for you and can be used for points as well as straight creases It was a big decision to make as there was quite a few and listening to other quilters about their experiences although I am a complete novis I digested their words and chose the Milwards clapper I have as yet not been disappointed it feels right in my hand and you don't have to apply any pressure just plonk it down on the just ironed crease while you get on with the next bit Yes there are cheaper versions but I listend to my mentors and I am so glad I did as it is a beautiful piece to own as well as being practicle

This tool helps to elevate your sewing. It's all the little details that can make your sewing look professional and this is definitely worth buying.

Quality item and reasonably priced

Why did we not get one of these before - they are fabulous. saw on YouTube and decided to give it a go for my cashmere coat project and OMG - life-changing - we now have the professional result we wanted - simple, old school but effective - awesome
