Sturdy and easy to operate
My son used to have a different hoverboard from another company and it stopped working for no apparent reason.I bought this one as a replacement because that's the one all the neighboorhood kids have, and I love it!It's easy to operate, doesn't show scratches, (my kids are not very delicate), and it's fast!

Safety
We bought it for our 10 year old son. He absolutely loves it. All the kids in our subdivision ride it together each night but of course we have the nicest one!

Second charge was only half. On off switch popped out. Big waste of money and time

Instruction manual isn’t any good
My hover board has a green light flashing and is alarming. Not able to ride—-not functioning. I’ve read the manual through multiple times and don’t have an answer on what to do. I’ve done the horizontal adjustment multiple times—didn’t fix it. The manual is just poorly written too. Not organized well. For example, the horizontal adjustment instructions are on their own piece of paper when it should just be included in the manual, so i taped it in so it won’t get lost. Also, just written poorly so sometimes its hard to understand. I could have written the battery indicator instructions 100X better.

Great vendor! Great product
The bottom broke off the first couple rides and I contacted vendor. They quickly shipped out a replacement. My son Loves it!

Great buy and safe for the kids
My daughter loves this hoverboard. It has amazing lights, a smooth and safe ride, and the Bluetooth connection is very nice.

Disappointed, broke after a couple months.
My son was so excited for this and loved the item when received in Sept. However 3 months later with normal indor use a plastic clip which keeps the bottom plastic attached to the top and wires/cords protected broke making the item no longer usable.I ordered in August, the wrong item was sent, and then did not get the product until September. I would have expected more use than about 3 months. Extremely disappointed.
