This stuff works instantly for my baby. I tried it on myself to see what it does and it doesn’t numb like typical Orajel. It’s more of a tingling like a mint tingle on the gums, but it works very fast for my baby and definitely helped relieve and soothe some of the pain that she’s feeling during teething
