As above but could be a little larger.

being long waisted,these do not allow for this.
Unfortunately the Velcro band joined at the waist comes away from the anchorage-join to the slip tares out too easily. The Velcro scratched my skin as the band too easily folds over at the waist. I am 35” waist & long waisted.The sides cut into inside leg often,so not comfortable. Disappointed.
