As I said in title I have seen many urologists had the surgeries on my bladder and was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis aka Painful Bladder Syndrome over 15 years ago in my Mid 20’s, I still have recurrent UTIs on top of the Cystitis so I live a pretty miserable life and I’m still young and can’t do much at all. I have tried every drug you can think of, every powder,pill,supplement, diets, etc and was tempted to do InterStim Implant Surgery and backed out at the last minute and I’m glad I did. Anyways I go to pain Management due to the flares and pain being so bad, so yes I take drugs for the pain. However recently I had taken a guidance test over 5 of them and have been battling with a bacterial infection in my bladder, for over 5 months and had to see my urologist then he referred me to an Infectious Disease Specialist This went on and on antibiotics for over 5 months, test after test, urine cultures and UA’s over 5 of them once the bacteria showed gone on the Culture the doctor just blamed it on my Cystitis and sent me back to my urologist then they just said well your Cystitis must be getting worse, my symptoms never improved the burning, the pain was so bad I couldn’t leave the bed so I decided to go to the Emergency Room, more tests, CT Scan nothing was wrong thru said must be your Cystitis flaring up, no infection either so I was given pain medicine and sent home I was out of hope, I did research online read the reviews and immediately paid the $ and ordered the Harmony D-Mannose and it was the best thing I ever did! 😀ACTUAL REVIEW STARTS HERE: The benefits are so many, the ingredients are natural, they don’t flare me up unlike ones that contain fillers and cranberry so I love that, I have looked everywhere and tried to help with my urinary tract infections and my Interstitial Cystitis for over 15+ years and I’ve tried I finally I found something that actually works! Naturally! I am feeling better after just 2.5 weeks now I started with 4 pills a day for 2 weeks and now I am on just 2 pills a day. The pain has decreased, the burning has decreased and I feel much better I haven’t taken anything else but this product so that has to be what it is, I am so thankful and ladies if your looking for a solution please give this a shot. No complaints here no side effects, drink with lots of water. I took mine with a little bit of food. No issues, stomach wise. It’s worth the money. Give it at least 3-4 weeks of being consistent. I will follow up once I do another culture and UA as well. NOTE: I did change my diet a few days before I started the pills, and I only eat bland food (potatoes, chicken, corn, peas the IC diet, no salads, no fruit; and stopped caffeine and any sweets and fast food. I stop sometimes and get a French fry if I’m out and have some 72% dark chocolate only one piece, but that’s all I cheat with, it’s not worth being stuck in the bed when you can change your life and start living again. So far I have been out of the bed and doing things outside mowing grass shopping and I’m so happy! Cheers! Hope this helps someone who is on the fence about making a decision just do it. :)

I recently gave this a try during a very ornery interstitial cystitis flare. It's been a while since I've had a flare and I have new doctors so I knew if I called it would be the usual rounds of testing for UTI's, prescriptions of antibiotics I don't need and wouldn't fill anyway, etc. I asked the Googles and the response was 'Harmony'. This stuff is wonderful. It really should be renamed to "Cringe Free Pee" because that's what it provides for you. That first bathroom trip after this has hit your system, you all know what I'm talking about, you brace yourself, readying for flames and daggers to shoot into the toilet. But they don't. You pee almost like a normal person! Not quite perfect but everyone's experience is different, maybe your's is perfect. Mine takes a few doses but it gets back to my normal within a day or two. There's nothing to clear up bacterially with IC, I need relief from the symptoms and this helped substantially. It helped with the urgency, frequency, and pain and it worked fast. I don't take it every day. I only use it when I flare for that extra boost to the supplements I do take daily. It's a new staple in my drawer of natural stuff. Great product, happy I tried it.

As of my late 20s, I've been a chronic sufferer of UTIs. Contrary to what some doctors have wrongly assumed when I've ended up in their presences, I shower immediately after sex, I'm extremely particular about grooming and hygiene, I wear cotton, and I avoid known irritants, but some things are regrettably beyond environment. I do everything within my control, but for the last 5 years, I've gotten one that required medication approximately every 6-8 months. Antibiotics have been welcome godsends, but after a few rounds not too far apart from each other, I noticed that they adversely affected other things in my body. When I felt an infection coming on two days ago, I started researching and found this product. I'd never heard about D-Mannose before. In general, I avoid supplements. I especially avoid them when they purport to take the place of prescriptions or food and the only comprehensive information you can find is mostly on blogs that also give advice like why dental floss is a government conspiracy, but given the fact that over 90% of UTIs are caused by E-Coli and there's good science to support the role D-Mannose has in removing it from the bladder, it seemed worth the gamble. If you're reading this and you're in the camp I was in, please be wary of all of the anecdotal evidence (even mine!) one way or the other and err on the side of caution. Also, be aware that if you go with D-Mannose in any form, there's still a 10% chance that the bacteria causing your symptoms won't respond to this product. I read through all of the 1-2 star reviews and ultimately decided that I loved my gut biota enough to try something that might not work, but my symptoms were slower moving than they had been in the past. If it had been very severe, which is usually how my UTI symptoms tend to snowball from onset, I would have called my MD immediately. Anyway - it arrived last night at 8pm. I took a total of three doses over the course of 6 hours, and slept with the resolve that if it didn't seem significantly better when I woke up, I would drag myself to urgent care. When I woke up 7 hours later, the pain was almost entirely absent. No more stinging or feeling like I still had to pee constantly - just a little pressure, comparable to what it feels like after finally taking an antibiotic and Azo. Relative to what I've endured in the past, this is unheard of. I took an additional dose after about an hour of being awake and everything seems to be progressively clearing up without any irregularities. All I can say is, thank f***ing Cthulhu. Maybe it's a fluke, but I really hope not. I intend to keep this on hand to take as a precaution. So far, so good. We'll see.

I used to have frequent UTIs. But ever since I started taking this regularly, it has kept them away. Even when I forget to take this supplement, if I take it when I feel one coming on and the symptoms stop.

After reading all the reviews posted here, it appears this product works wonders for many desperate people. But the reviews have left me with a burning question (pun intended)…. Please help me investigate further…. It seems this product is most effective for UTIs associated with e coli bacteria. When reviewers mention a bacteria type detected in the culture, it seems e coli is only mentioned. I have suffered with numerous UTIs and my story is similar to the most horrific reports. But the bacteria present on all but one culture conducted over the past year for my UTIs has been klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria. The last culture for the most recent UTI was streptococcus agalactiae group B. So my question is how many women have achieved success using this product with a UTI from the klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria or streptococcus agalactiae group B? It seems this product might work best for the e coli UTIs and not others. Is this true? Could some others using this product with the other bacteria I mentioned provide a review for its effectiveness. The answer would be most helpful to me and others who suffer UTIs and feel helpless after this product might not work for them. Or, feedback would be most appreciated if this product worked for people with various types of bacteria that caused their UTIs. I am just trying to have a better assessment of why this product might work for some and not others.
