Works VERY well.. as described!
I have an older HP computer which had no built in bluetooth. Lately I got bit by the truly wireless earbud thing, so I wanted to be able to use my various earbuds with older yet powerful computer. I first actually bought the cheapie Avantree generic bluetooth adapter..the one that's about $8 or so. I suppose IT works well for bluetooth but absolutely HORRIBLE for audio and my earbuds. I thought THIS Avantree DG60 seemed a bit expensive but since it said it was MADE specifically for audio...thought I'd give it a try. WELL it's FANTASTIC. It's kind of like it's own mini bluetooth "sound card" I think but whatever it is it works and works VERY well. GREAT clear loud audio finally! As to latency...I have three different pairs of earbuds...Bose, Sony, and Jabra. With this Avantree DG60 they all sound GREAT...but all have just a very slight delay..say when watching youtube as example but it's just a VERY slight lag. For me,.for an older desktop computer this bluetooth AUDIO ONLY adapter works REALLY well...and in my opinion worth the money. BTW it needed no drivers I;m running Windows 10. It's as easy to pair time and time again by just pushing a button on the side on the adapter ...really 4.5 stars cause of the TINY latency..but it's the best there is for audio presently far as I know. VERY pleased!

Works Great with Bose NC 700s
I was originally using a small ASUS bluetooth adapter. Every time I would connect my headphones to it all I would get is static and the audio cutting in and out. I tried everything to fix it, but was unsuccessful. I bought this adapter because of the reviews, and it works great! It is Bluetooth 5.0 like my headphones. The connection process was a little weird, but easy enough (since it doesn't show up as a device on your pc). Once connected, the audio quality is great, and the latency (which is important) is low, so there is no mouth moving and then a second later the actual audio. I can also move freely around the room and out into the hallway bathroom and the audio doesn't cut out at all, nor does the quality drop. The device is a little bulky, but for how well it's been working (I've been using it for 4-6 hours daily) I have no complaints!

Works overall well, with some glitches. Lacking integration with Google Voice and Microsoft Teams
I got the adapter to gain bigger roaming range for my Plantronics Voyager Focus headphones, which I use heavily for work calls on Teams and quite a bit for personal calls on Google Voice. These headphones come with their own adapter, BT600, which somehow makes the integration with the call software on the PC pretty good: I can answer calls just by putting on the headphones (they have some ear pressure sensor) or at least answer by pushing the call button on the side; the mute button on the phones also activates the Mute toggle in Teams. Best feature: While muted, the light on the BT600 goes to amber. This is super useful for making sure you are not making noise while just listening during meetings and moving about the house. The DG60 lacks/kills all the above nice features. But it does give me the higher range across floors so that at least I can keep listening to those endless meetings while preparing a snack in the kitchen. There is a caveat related to the long range too, though: Sometimes people tell me they hear electronic noise from me, even though my headset is muted. I guess the radio amplifier in the DG60 is generating that noise. The problem can be avoided if I mute myself in Teams before I walk away from the PC, but then I can't unmute quickly if I need to speak.Yet another glitch is that the adapter gets occasionally confused about the connection mode (music vs. talk/"gaming") and only lets me hear others during a call, but my microphone is not connected. This can be fixed (usually) on the fly by double-pressing the little MFB button, but this is a nuisance. This never happened with the Plantronics BT600, which principally interfaces the same way with the PC, so I guess the DG60 has implementation bugs, and it probably wasn't tested extensively with Teams.I contacted Support with these complaints. They pretty much confirmed the design limitations and didn't offer any mitigation. I urged them to consider design updates, hopefully via the firmware, so that I can regain some of the lost features.Oh, well, tradeoffs all around. I'm still sticking to the DG60 for my regular work-from-home use because of the extended range and still learning to put up with the inconveniences.Incidentally, I also bought the Avantree Aria Pro headphones, and they also have the same functional limitations when paired with the DG60. Maybe only the electronic noise issues is not present, but I haven't tested that combo much since I meant these headphones for a different location, with a different BT adapter there.

It works
It works well, only thing is that it has many issues when connecting to airpods, which is what I use. Also has constant disconnect or audio issues when no sound is being played, but changing the tab between modes fixes the problem
