Function: This is the most important, does it do what it says and my experience is absolutely yes. It’s much stronger than a very well-known Japanese brand I had before that used inductive charging. This is much better. The suction is very strong (so need to be careful is not too strong or can leave a mark on your skin)Instructions: This could be better, each “head” as it explains should be used for different skin types (which many of us do not even know) but on the heads themselves there are barely visible #’s. Yes the instructions don’t refer to the #’s but only a description so how does one know which is which? There is also included foam pads and O-rings. But no explanation or no instructions how to change heads. It’s easy enough to figure out but it could have been explained. It also includes some blackhead tools which are not at all mentioned on the manual except it says on the package “Manicure Set”.So I as I said functionally its great and I would have given it 5 stars if the documentation was a bit clearer. I’d also recommend it had more pliable plastic heads vs. the hard plastic. Blackheads are rather small. I am not sure why no one seems to make a head that suctions only a smaller area.I would also like to see it bundled with a facial steamer which I know I could buy separately along with perhaps samples of the blackhead export liquid and skin tightener it mentions so you’re ready to use it.

Worked great mostly for my use. Would recommend providing that you do the prep work prior.TIPS:* Open the pores before using the product to get better effect.(hot washcloth worked for me)* Apply skin tightener to shrink your pores after using* Do not stay in spot exceeding 2 - 3 seconds.* Use an up and down motion on bumpsPros:- Works very well on mid-size bumps- Blackhead tool kit was a nice addition to help with stubborn bumpsCons:- Slight learning curve on technique- Was not effective on very small or large bumps- Using largest tip size was painful experience (might be user error here though)- Suction area was focus on surrounding area of bump (better tip sizes would help here)Note: I do wish that the suction tips came in more sizes or a least adjustable to accommodate additional bump sizes

I'm not for sure what other people were doing but yesterday was first time I had ever used something like this b4. I tried it on my hubby bc he gets alot pimples and blackheads bad. So I went over his face multiple times common sense will tell u not to stay in one spot for long time BC u will end up with bruises and hickeys all the stuff other people got but scored the product low bc they messed up which is not the products fault its the person's fault duh. Anyways it did get stuff out at first I was upset thinking it wasn't working so I turned the suction power up and I still thought it wasn't getting anything until I looked at the machine OMG! So much nasty crap in it lol.. Than I realized its not going to get everything at once so I figured it will take time of using it on regular basis for it to finally get alot and help his face I can't wait.. NO I WASN'T OFFERED ANYTHING FOR MY REVIEW!! It's just an honest and common sense review.. So to be honest if u don't know how suctioning works and u don't know how to use common sense this isn't for you.. But if you do than get it. You will be happy in my opinion!!!

I saw one of those tv commercials and should have known nothing is as great as seen on tv. It works on my nose ok but didn't do a thing on other blackheads or zits elsewhere.

This thing is AMAZING!! First use I got out so much gross from my face I was in shock!Second use there was not nearly the yuck in my face. I saw an instant improvement in my pores and my face feels amazingly clean, and smooth. Very easy to use and came with a one year warranty. I bought this in hopes of clearing my pores and this did just that! I have tried other methods— face masks ( including the charcoal stuff), toners, cleansers, you name it... nothing worked. I do recommend starting out on a low setting and going up from there as the auction is pretty strong on the higher settings and can cause redness and bruising.Also, careful when switching out the tips as there are two black rings that seal the tip, and it is easy to move them out of line. I would imagine this could affect the amount of suction. If you just push the tips on this will happen, so make sure you twist the tips on slowly and watch those black rings. Great product!!

I’m a 40 something man that doesn’t pay much attention to any sort of skin treatment. So I got this for my wife but it turns out she already has one. It looked like a fun thing to try so I gave it a shot. HOLY MOLY, this thing sucked out gunk from my pores that I didn’t even know existed. Follow the the instructions because it works way better on a damp face then a dry one. The only issue I have is that the power and suction buttons are right where I hold the device while using it, so I keep hitting the buttons randomly. I’m sure thats just part of the learning curve and could be useful if I need to turn up/down the power on the fly. I’ve used it for a few days and only charged it once. It has a low battery light indicator and that has yet to go off. Over all a fun (and a little gross) product for someone to use.

I don't normally write reviews, but this product is a joke. First it was delivered to a different address, so I had to wait for a replacement. Excited to try it, I open the box and find the device light and feels like cheap plastic. Desperately needing the facial I can't get because of the pandemic, I ignore this first impression and proceed to read the manual. Written poorly with broken English, the manual makes me question the product and now I'm worried about my face and what this vacuum might do to it. I look at the reviews again on Amazon and decide to use it anyway. I use a facial steamer to open the pores and... NOTHING! There's suction, but nothing came out of my pores, not even oil. The replaceable head was completely clean when I was done. How does it get 4.5 stars?! No clue.

Great machine. Really powerfulSuction. Actually removes so much. Bought it for my teen sons blackheads. This worked really well. Nothing else works.
