Light and functional
Pro: compact, lots of compartments, lightweightCons: Will have to get used to the slanted pockets for the water bottles. maybe it's better to use the hard bottles than the foldable ones since they tend to fall when running.

Really great vest
Full disclosure is I have not run in it yet, however have owned a few other vest with good use until I got a little bigger from weightlifting. This is my first UltrAspire. Purchased on a whim for a vest that fits larger runners. I'm 260lbs and struggle to find vests for 48 inch chests and greater. Most vests that size might account for chest circumference, however developed upper back and traps can make that chest measurement meaningless. So if you lift weights and are bigger, the Spry just might be for you. I actually find extra adjustment (within some limits), allowing it to ride more appropriately for my frame and even have room to layer. The features are to the minimal side but very well thought out. Nothing is extra for the sake of extra. The build quality is something else and no doubt this will last quite a while. If nothing else, the price is too good for something punching way above it's weight class.

Lightweight and Functional!
During my first Marathon race this hydration pack worked out very well for me. Very lightweight (even with the fluid flask being halfway full). The amount pockets for nutrition storage was very beneficial and easily accessible during my race. The suction spout worked well. I did not experience any chafing from the vest however I was wearing a long-sleeved shirt. I properly snugged the vest down to my body and it did not shift around a lot which was good. "Minimalist race vest" is an accurate description for this specific vest. I would recommend for long distance running.

My new go to!
Love this vest. It holds my favorite water bottle perfectly and the magnet is strong enough to hold back the straw. Very lightweight with tons of room to hold gels/keys/phones etc

Best hydration pack
I've tried multiple hydration packs and this is by far the best! It doesn't move at all woke I'm running and the material causes no chafing on my shoulders. It's got plenty of space for keys and an energy snack for longer runs.

No front zipper
Great little vest, but did not do what I needed it for. I wanted a vest that held water and my phone (Samsung S8) so I didn't need to hold them in hand on long runs. Out of 10 runs my phone has popped out and fallen on the ground 6 times! There is no front zipper so your phone can only go in the back zipper pocket (which you can't reach unless you take the vest off)or the front drawstring pockets which don't close fully and leave a 3" or so gap. Basically any sort of sprinting or terrain or any real running caused my phone to fall out. The yesterday it went into the ocean and the incoming tide just took it. :). Love the vest, it rides up a bit, but I need an different one cause this sucker will not hold my phone.
