Bought this to test the soil for our one acre of grass. Super easy directions to follow and within a week I had an email explaining what fertilizer we need to apply. This test takes the guess work out of wondering if I am spending money on the correct product. We will be busy spreading lime. Very helpful and highly recommend!

I ordered 4 of these kits for establishing some new food wildlife food plots. I had planned to use a mix from Whitetail Institute and this made it easier since I knew what specific products I was thinking of planting. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I put the soil sample bag into a ziploc bag and included the complete form in there as well. Had results of soil test which was easy to understand within 24hrs of when the samples arrived at the lab. There were a couple of drawbacks though, postage wasn't included but I guess it would cost different amounts depending on where the sample was shipped from to their lab in Tennessee. Also, you could only specify two of their products so if you changed your mind on what you wanted to plant you might have to send another sample, otherwise I would have given this 5 stars.

Great service and fast

Rip off, bought a few of these 6+ months ago, sent the soil in with the forms, and never received any report or email.

Cheaper than some other lab-based soil tests, but it does NOT give you lab results for Nitrogen! My bad for not spotting this deficiency before placing my order. They do share recommendations for how much Nitrogen to add to your soil but it's unclear how they come up with that recommendation if they don;t test for Nitrogen!? Results for the PK part of NPK are included.
