Tastes great
Love this cereal so much great alternative if you are looking for the healthier option. I wish there was more in the pack, I end up buying x2 at a time haha!

although ingredients only have honey, they gave me a sugar rush. They are very tasty though but tiny packet 175G.

Allergy to spelt
I really enjoyed the taste of these, and would recommend them, but I didn't realise I had an intolerance to spelt (as it's not really in anything else I eat). You don't seem to get much in a box, but for the price it wouldn't really be an issue

NOT WORTH THE BUY
Box came squashed and looked really old. Opened them and the puffs tasted off and stale. They were also very sweet considering they only supposedly have honey on them. Felt like it was such a waste of money and won't be buying again.
