Good value additional storage for a vehicle
I recently bought two reclining loungers for our holidays and bought this to transport them.An additional non slip mat is required. It comfortably held the two recliners, two folding chairs a folding table and assorted paraphernalia including a small set of steps to make installing, loading and unloading easier for me.Our car has built in rails so fitting the bag was a doddle. It does come with additional straps and can be used on vehicle without rails. It appears to be robustly constructed of a weatherproof material. The weakness for water ingress would be the zips but they are both substancial and well protected with a flap that when folded over the zip should keep out most moisture. Our trip was dry in both directions so I cannot say whether that aspect worked in practice. Some thought needs to be given to packing things into the bag so that it keeps a reasonable shape when loaded. Our trip was just over 200 miles on mixed roads including motorways and the bag remained firmly in place throughout. All in all I am very happ with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone wanting cost effective additional storage for their vehicle.

Excellent capacity and fluid in shape.
no need for roof bars. fit within roof rails of karoq. strapped down with additional supplied straps. not rigid like a roof box so able to squeeze in thongs. zips and velcro to seal the lip down to avoid water ingress. driven in uk rain for 250 miles. no issues. Great value alternative and very large capacity. did not damage my roof but you could buy their other item which comes with a roof mat.

Great quality
It may not look as sleek as a roof box, but it’s so easy to use, fits a lot in, waterproof, easy to just throw on the car, no need for roof racks, has a rubber mat to protect car roof. Great for camping and then folds away, much easier to store than a roof box and so much easier to just throw on the car. It’s thick with good quality zips.I would recommend making sure you have the straps rolled up and not flapping when driving or it is really annoying hearing them flap around. It’s a backpack for your car!

Initially skeptical but actually very good.
This bag was a last minute purchase for a camping trip. My husband was initially really annoyed as wanted a roof box but with no other option we used this along with roof cross rails. The bag and straps were strong and water resilient as we travelled through rain. The volume we could store on the roof was in excess of anything we could have carried with a roof box and the best bit is it comes in a wonderful quality storage bag which takes up hardly any space in the garage. We won’t be purchasing a roof box in future, it’ll be this bag all the way.

Great in driving rain! Bone dry contents!
Fits our Honda FRV fine, works brilliantly with roof bars, and very secure once atrached to the bars. We drove from Kent to Ilfracombe in pouring rain and all the items packed were bone dry on arrival. Same on the way home, it rained and everything was dry! That's all we wanted. We took care to ensure the footprint was about right for our roof. It fitted easily between the roof bars and takes up about 75% of the length.I think the trick is to pack it with soft stuff, so on our camping trip we packed the SIMs, duvets, pillows, tarp, tent carpet, clothes in a soft holdall, swimming gear, towels, floor mats, some food items that wouldn't squash in bags for life, and trainers/soft shoes/flip flops etc, again in a bag for life. We avoided metal and anything with sharp edges so no crates or boxes. Also helps if it is packed tight and full, as then there are less dips for water to collect if it rains. We did padlock ours shut (helps if it's well packed so harder to unzip when padlocked as well) and made sure when parked in services we were near the entrance and we didn't put anything super valuable in the top. All the tents etc went inside the car!The great thing is you can take it off and leave it in the tent or boot when not in use on a holiday, and ours is in a bag in the loft between uses, rather than having a big roof box to deal with and store.I'd definitely recommend this. A great purchase.

It's massive, well made, great value for money!
It's huge!!! Got it primarily to go camping. Appears really well made. Yet to find out if its waterproof, but plan to place a showercurtain over the top of our gear just in case. Tough handles and zips with secure velcro fastenings. I got the non slip mat too that's recommended and it's just the right size. It's long enough for campbeds/chairs. I have managed 1 bed, 3 chairs, 3 sims, 3 sleeping bags, small camping table, tent carpet, groundsheets x2, and 6 sponge squares which I placed on the bottom for extra cushioning and there is still room, but am mindful of weight on my car roof 😬. Will edit review once I've driven it on the car and if it rains. Fixings that come with it are good and it all fits in the bag provided which could be bigger. (taken a few practices to fold it the right way to get it back into storage bag) I do feel it would benefit from 2 more lash straps which I have purchased seperately as I intend to feed them through the car. If you are attaching to bars there are 6 anchor points and all the fixings provided, but only 2 lash straps provided if you are feeding then through car doors. So purchased 3 more to double on on side doors and 1 through boot, just for peace of mind. I drive a Hyundai Tuscon.Edited 20th Aug200 mile round trip, stayed in place and everything inside dry after rain.
