Not really. NuGo also makes product that contains dairy. It's too expensive to properly clean out the production process when they change from dairy to non-dairy, so anything produced right after the changeover gets dairy. Reading the weasel words on label shows that. IMHO, they should not be allowed to put vegan on the box.

Q: Are ALL of the flavors rice crispy like consistency? I'm interested in the dark chocolate coconut.

I haven’t tried all the flavors but they have no palm oil, and gluten free which I look for. I like that coconut one, the pretzel, and I mostly buy the Chocolate, Chocolate Chip. I only buy from Amazon because they are nice & fresh! In the stores, I think they sit too long. You won’t be disappointed. NOTE: it is summertime, chocolate melts.
