I used this in my peri bottle during the first few weeks postpartum with my second baby and it made such a difference in my healing. I tore worse than with my first baby but somehow healed faster, and I really think this was a contributing factor.

These herbs are great! I got some big tea bags for them and boiled a pot of water on the stove and honestly let the herbs sit in the water for about 2-3 hours then added to my bath with Dead Sea salt I believe fully this helped heal me a lot faster perineal wise! I would highly recommend this!! You will have to buy either cheese cloth or a tea bag separately

I used this postpartum and it helped. I made this tea then added it to my pads to freeze. I felt it was a little pricy to just use it as a bath to sit in. It's nice that I was able to get a large use out of the package. I did make a sitz bath but felt like it was a waste. Put it on pads for sure!

Great for bonding with baby. But the clean up was horrible and didn’t mention or suggest what’s the easiest way to clean up.
