The product is very difficult to put it in my amazon parrot’s leg. The size of the ring dis not fit either so basically I cant use it.

No! Not for a decent sized bird. I believe I read that it should fit around my parrots leg. It DOES NOT. Not worth the trouble and hassle to send it back, so once again I'm out the money and no leg leash.

Thought I would love this because it would be just putting a ring around the ankle and done, as opposed to others that are vests. But this is very difficult to work with to put on the ankle. My quaker doesnt want me messing with him that long, trying to put it on and ATTEMPTING to close and lock it in place. I have not been successful. Hate it.

I love the leash itself, but get a separate clip before you take your bird out! I was lucky enough that I made it back into the building before Niffler, my sun conure, managed to undo the clip & triumphantly began dancing. The leash kept him safe on the walk, but he doesn't like how often he steps on the clip, & it aggravated him into chewing on it. Consider using the leash itself with a harness, not with the anklet.

The cord was fine but the ring that goes around the birds legs is way to small.. I even got the 6.5 size an it wouldnt even wrap around the legs not happy at all

My bird hates it. I should’ve listened to the reviews but thought maybe my bird was different. NOPE! She nearly bit off her foot and this was so hard to even get on. Next is a regular harness. Wish me luck

the piece that goes in the ring is too hard to open and close.. it will be so difficult to try to get my parrot to stay until I am able to open the darn hook.. I am going to try it but I may ended up returning it
