I have purchased this product for many years because I love the taste and the fact that it is totally unsweetened. There’s only 70 calories per serving , 32g protein and 1g carbohydrates. I used to buy the vanilla flavor, which I loved, but it seems it’s not avvailable anymory, or at least I couldn’t find it anywhere. This particular product is unflavored so I add 1/4 tsp vanilla per serving to my smoothie. One rounded scoop, plant milk, fruit, vanilla, and crushed ice makes an awesome low calorie smoothie. Love this product

I have used this product for over a decade, and I just keep coming back to it. On occasion, I’ll buy some other protein powder mix on sale, but I really appreciate that amount of protein per scoop, and the very low carb no sugar feature. And read the ingredients list, it’s just got a lot of extras. It makes my smoothie taste creamy and yummy without sugar.

I've been using this protein powder for years and have yet to find one I like better. It has no particular flavor but rather takes on the flavor of what you mix it with. I don't recommend mixing it with just water and would use a flavored powder for that. I mix it with juice and fruit. Where many products are watery when mixed, this product comes out thick and creamy. Each scoop offers 16 mg of protein, a ton of vitamins and minerals at only 70 calories.

I wanted a protein powder that didn't have a lot of sugar or carb's in it. I also did not want artificial sweetners. This is the best I've found. Like most protein powders, it's hard to swallow just mixed in a liquid; however, it works fine in a fruit/veggie 'shake'. I add the powder to hot water to help dissolve it, then add banana, frozen fruits, kale & milk to fill the blender. That gives me two large drinks ( I only get 1/2 of a serving of the powder at a time, but it's easier for me to swallow it this way).

This product definitely disappointed me. It taste like cardboard and I didn’t notice any difference in my energy level. The powder is very thick so you won’t be able to use a to-go shaker bottle. It didn’t keep me full either. Unfortunately I have to finish the product since it’s part of my balanced calorie meal. I will not purchase again.

I've been using this product for almost 20 years. I started out making coffee shakes for breakfast. The fact that I can change the flavor and add anything I want is perfect. That flexibility made it easy for me to stick with a change in diet. That change in diet and other changes in lifestyle are how I was able to loose more than 75lbs. Hate to admit I was up that high. Grateful to say I brought it down over time and have stuck it.

It is fine like dust and sticks to blender glass. It may be great in terms of providing protein. Nice that it has no flavor. It does make the drink thicker and filling.

If you are looking for a low sugar and low flavor protein shake, this is it. What I mean by low flavor is, it is very plain. It leaves lots of room to add just what you want with it. Fruit, yogurt, milk, other flavorings. Being that is low calorie to start with, when you finish with your mix ins you haven't jacked the calories sky high. I love it and have used it for years. I have tried others, but always come back to this one.
