I started using this combo supplement about 18 months ago. My hair stylist of 20+ years told me it would help with the hormonal changes affecting my hair. Within 45-60 days of daily usage my hair went from feeling hay to soft again. I did also see some hair growth but the biggest difference I experienced was the state/condition of the hair I had. My stylist could feel the results too! After experiencing these results, I made changes to the products I use and added an additional supplement however I continue taking this faithfully everyday!

I haven’t noticed the results you’d expect to see in a product like this in the way you’d expect, but I do believe they work. I’ve taken these pills mostly on, but sometimes off for the past 1.5 months. That’s not necessarily enough to see VISIBLE results in the way you’d expect, however, during extended periods where I wouldn’t take these pills, I’ve noticed I lose more hair than usual while in the shower. Likewise, when I do take them, I’ve definitely noticed much less hair loss in the shower. It might be too soon for me to comment on the overall efficacy of these pills, but what I do know for sure is that they reduced my hair loss significantly. Side note as I’ve noticed a few people with an issue I faced once: I recommend taking these with food, or start at small doses for a bit to test tolerance and then go up to two a day. One day, I took these on an empty stomach and had really bad stomach problems later in the day. I’m not saying it was the pills as it only happened once and I never tried it again, but I do take these with a meal and never had issues since. This might not be an issue for everyone, but I thought it would be worth mentioning in case someone else might experience bad side effects

Don’t take if you are female and haven’t hit menopause yet! My own mistake for not doing the proper research. I had read about how women were taking their husband’s Saw Palmetto pills and having great results in skin, nail, and hair health. But I was reading all reports from older women. I took them for 3 days, felt fine, but they caused my menstrual cycle to start a week early, which for me is unusual. I googled what connection Saw Palmetto has to periods and found out that these pills mess with your hormones, can cause you to bleed more (thinner blood), and can cause birth control pills to not work. The bottle does say to consult a doctor before taking if you are also taking other medications. I just wish it was more clear not to take if you are a fertile female or on birth control. Also, before digging into the period connection, I had not found any information online or on the bottle about how it can cause birth control not to work. I know it’s my own fault for not fully researching, but I thought I would give a warning to anyone else with the same misinformed ideas as I had.
