I needed a larger capacity USB drive for quick local backups. This 64GB drive fits my uses pretty well.Pros:The drive itself is small and good looking. And it has a "slim profile" when plugged in which means you can plug other USB devices next to it. Some USB ports are so close to each other that plugging in one USB drive with a "fat profile" blocks the adjacent USB ports from use. That can be annoying.Iffy:I'm not seeing blazing 100x speeds but that could be the USB 3.0 port and/or the hardware I'm using. I am seeing 4-5 times faster speeds than with my USB 2.0 drives so any increase in download speed is good.Cons:The USB drive gets very hot with extended use. I didn't read the other reviews describing this problem before I bought the drive and discovered this myself. I had it plugged in for 1.5 hours when I first used it. But mostly I will use this drive to make incremental backups so I'll have it plugged in for short periods of time. Usually 5-10 minutes.As I previously wrote, this drive is small so it doesn't dissipate heat quickly while plugged in. I do notice it cools down quickly when you unplug it.But don't leave it plugged in "overnight" as one reviewer mentioned when his drive failed. I can't imagine why you would do that. :)
